The Summer Hikaru Died Wiki

Mikasa Tetsu ( () (かさ) (てつ) , Mikasa Tetsu?) is one of the Characters in The Summer Hikaru Died, written and illustrated by Mokumokuren.

Overview[]

One of Kubitachi's three village leaders. He's concerned about the state of the village and the Indou family ritual.

Appearance[]

Tetsu is a middle-aged man of slight stature. He has a square face, square glasses, and close-shaved head. He typically wears a polo shirt and long pants.

Personality[]

In his daily life, Tetsu is a friendly and helpful member of the community. He is happy to offer Yoshiki and "Hikaru" a ride in his kei truck when he sees them walking uphill, and he encourages them to reach out to him and hide wife any time they need something.[3]

When the state of the village or the Indou family ritual is concerned, Tetsu is much more stern and serious, at times forcefully stating his opinion on the matter to the group.[4] However, when he knows he lack information on a certain topic, he is willing to discuss his point of view more passively[3] or call in someone who is more capable or knowledgeable.[4]
